Dr. Sebastian Petersen is a dedicated professional with over 22 years of experience in government service, having held key positions within Parliament as Liaison Officer in the office of the Chief Whip of the Majority Party, the Department of Correctional Services, and the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. His career has been driven by a passion for leadership development, organizational management, and community empowerment.

He studied at several esteemed institutions, including Cape Theological Seminary, Trinity College of the Bible and Seminary, and MilPark College. His academic journey includes a notable thesis on "The Development of Youth Who Fought During Apartheid and Their Growth Post-1994," highlighting his deep interest in youth development and social change.
